I've been absolutely pestered by this phone number!

A lady addressed me by my first name, which threw me a bit. I struggled to grasp her name or the company she claimed to represent, even after I requested her to say it again. She had a thick accent, making it even harder to catch. Apparently, she mentioned that the Euro Millions had gifted me some complimentary tickets for the upcoming draw and that they'd be sent via email. When I inquired about any costs involved, she assured me there was none - they were totally free. I hesitated a moment before responding with an 'all right’, and then she hung up. I probably came off as quite wary during the conversation.
