Got a call from some dodgy call centre, loads of background noise. They even called me by the wrong name right at the start. Seemed like a scam to me. Better to just ignore them.

This was definitely a scam call. The person said my home insurance with Home Serve was about to expire. I told them I never had that insurance. When I asked about the amount I supposedly paid and the date, they kept ignoring me and repeating I didn’t have any cover. Eventually, they just ended the call.
