I just got a call with no one speaking, but from what I’ve seen in other posts, it seems like someone was pretending to be from Dyson. I remember seeing something about these calls on Rip Off Britain earlier this year. Dyson products don’t actually require any servicing, so it’s probably a scam.

This afternoon, I received a call from a lady claiming to be named Victoria, representing a company called Vaccum Save. As soon as I realised who was on the other end, I quickly interrupted her to remind her that we're registered with the Telephone Preference Service. She insisted that they had some sort of filtering system in place. However, I firmly requested that they take our number off their call list. To my astonishment, I found out later that their number was actually accessible through 1471.
