They keep ringing me non stop trying to sell a washing machine warranty, even though I've told them multiple times I don't own one. Feels like a total scam to me.

They rang and actually asked for me by name, but when I said I wasn’t free and asked who it was, they just hung up straight away. Proper rude! I’ve had scammers from “Home Appliances” call me before too, so I’ve blocked the number now. Can’t be dealing with that nonsense.

Some guy rang me about a washing machine warranty I'd never bought, so I just told him to jog on and ended the call. Can't stand these con artists at all.

I received a call from someone purporting to be from a cooker company, insisting they wanted to discuss renewing my contract, which apparently is overdue. When I inquired about the brand of the cooker in question, the caller abruptly ended the conversation. Quite baffling, isn't it? Honestly, my cooker isn’t exactly the latest model, so I’m left wondering what the fuss is all about.

I answered the phone but the person on the other end just stayed silent and hung up straight away.

Some woman called asking for Mrs something, I told her no one's here by that name. Then she said it was about a washing machine warranty and that they were posting my papers. I just thanked her and ended the call.

I didn't answer this number but decided to check it out. After seeing the reviews, I'm actually relieved I didn't pick up.

The woman called asking for Mrs something, I told her she’s not here. Then she started talking about a washing machine warranty and said they were going to send me some papers. I just said thanks for telling me and ended the call.

I’d like to know the name of that Indian lady. If she happens to be Mary Singh, maybe she can check this out.

Got a call from some Indian call centre claiming my washing machine's warranty was about to expire. Tried to trick me - bit of a scam targeting people who might not see through it. Watch out and don't get caught!

Got two calls in less than 10 mins from this number. Didn’t pick up either time since I didn’t know who it was and thought it might be dodgy. Looks like I was right. Have blocked it now.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who wanted me to verify my name, then she just ended the call abruptly.

Got another call from them claiming to be about my washing machine, same kinda appliance scam as before but with a new number and company name. No idea who they think they’re speaking to and they even got the make of the machine totally wrong. Pretty sure it’s just a load of rubbish.

I just got a call from some TPS services or something, looking like yet another scam.

They called saying it was to do with the warranty on my washing machine. When I asked the brand, they told me Indesit. But our washing machine is actually a Hotpoint. Total scam!
4 years
They called me claiming it was about a washing machine warranty. I said I don’t own an Indesit when they pressed on what brand it was - I’ve never even had one! After I said that, they just cut the call. None of the choices here really match what happened, should have an option for ‘annoying’ or ‘waste of time’.

Got a call from an Indian call centre, and the moment I asked questions, they just hung up. Definitely feels like a scam, so watch out!

No clue what that was - just heard a buzzing sound then it cut off completely.
