I was astounded by how long the phone kept ringing; I genuinely assumed it was a genuine call. When I decided to return the call, I was met with a rather dodgy voicemail system that raised my suspicions. There was no mention of any company name in their message, which struck me as rather shifty. Definitely feels less reliable than a counterfeit fiver!

This chap claimed his name was "Mike" and that he was a housing officer sent regarding some supposed repairs I had supposedly requested... Just a heads-up! I'm not part of any housing association.
