I received a call today from 442037903641, likely due to having family in London. Curiosity got the better of me, so I picked up. A rather dodgy individual was rambling on about my national insurance being revoked unless I returned the call. Given that I've been retired for over 13 years, I found it absurd-any official communication from that office would always come via post, never a phone call. Consequently, I decided to disregard the message and added the number to my blocked scams list. It does make one wonder, though, how many unsuspecting souls might actually be taken in by such a ruse. Truly, these scammers are the lowest of the low.
