Got a call saying it was about some "accident" of mine. When I asked him to say that again, he switched it to asking if I'd had an accident in the past three years. I said, "You called me, so why don’t you explain it?" Then he just ended the call.

Got another call from that same rubbish, some AA Assist crap about "your accident." I told them I was hit by a small plane that somehow ended up on the M62 - must've got lost landing or something near the airport. Told them not to worry, the aviation people are dealing with it. Absolute muppets.

On Wednesday 20th September 2017, I got a call from this number but chose not to pick up. Seeing all the other comments now, I’m relieved I ignored it - sounds like just another one of those bogus accident claim scams.

Had this dodgy call from a woman speaking with a West African accent, all crackly on a rubbish mobile line and definitely not from London. She kept going on about me being in a no-fault car accident. I told her I don’t even own a car, which made her stop for a sec, and then I brought up the TPS. She promised to take me off their list... as if. Best to just block these scam callers for good.

This firm keeps ringing me up saying I've been in an accident, and it's been nonstop since last week. I honestly can't figure out how they got my details. Maybe it's from one of those holiday feedback forms we filled out when we got back on the 3rd of Sept but we ticked no marketing so it’s super annoying. On top of that, there’s loads of other cold calls bugging us too - proper pests, all of ’em!

Just got a call from this number asking for someone called Mr Devani. I told them I had no idea who that was. They said they were from the AA about some accident. When I started quizzing the woman on the phone, she sounded flustered but kept going with her script. Funny thing is, a very similar number, 02036421789, rang me yesterday about an investment supposedly made by the same Mr Devani! Proper annoying this.

Some bloke rang me up claiming I’d been in an accident within the past couple of years. I asked if it was the one in Coventry or Birmingham, and he said Birmingham. Everything I mentioned about the crash, he already seemed to know from some third party reports, even the damage costs and all that. I told him the last time I’d been to Birmingham was like 18 or 20 years ago, and I went by train (which actually was true). Then I told him off a few times, telling him to buzz off and never call again. Admittedly, I made some stuff up, but it was his call in the first place.

So this place, AA Auto Assist or whatever, says they’re UK Insurance Group but I can’t find any of them really exist. I rang them like 15 times and ended up getting told I’m gonna be sued if I call back again, like I was bothering their worker! Honestly, try giving it a go, its pretty funny. Don’t forget to report it to Ofcom as well.

These lot are a nightmare, claiming they’ve got your info from some crash you might not have even been in! When you ask where they got your number or who passed it on, they say the road traffic office, which is total rubbish. Then they say they’ll connect you to a senior manager who acts like you’re the one that needs to pay attention to them. Nope, then they just hang up on you. Proper annoying.

Just like always, got a call from someone about "my accident" pretending to be AA Assist. I told the woman it's complete nonsense since I've never had an accident. She then says, "Maybe you have the wrong person." Honestly, it's so frustrating.

Today, I've been inundated with persistent calls from a number claiming to be AA Assist. When I probed a bit to clarify if they were indeed the Automobile Association, the call handler was rather evasive, neither confirming nor denying it outright. They appeared to have information about a minor car accident I was involved in last summer, which seemed a bit too coincidental. I got the impression they were trying to coax me into discussing potential injuries, damages, and loss of earnings, none of which applied in my situation since I sustained no injuries, and my insurance handled the repairs without a hitch. It was concerning that they had my previous address on file. Despite my repeated requests to have my details removed from their lists, the operator was quite combative. It wasn't until I raised my voice and threatened to report them to the telecom regulator that they finally decided to end the call abruptly. Absolutely infuriating!

Today I kept getting calls from a number claiming to be AA Assist, but when I asked if they were really from the Automobile Association, the lady wouldn’t say either way. Last summer I had a minor car accident that wasn’t my fault, and somehow they had that info. I reckon they were trying to get me to admit to injuries or losses, which I never had because my insurer handled the repairs and everything was sorted. They were using an old address of mine too. I kept telling them to remove me from their list, but the woman kept arguing until I got fed up, said I’d report them to the telecom regulator, and then she just hung up on me.

Got a call from these scammers claiming I was in some sort of accident, said they had a file on me. I asked for a copy because they're clearly holding my info illegally, which breaks data protection laws. They promised to send it today but nothing arrived. I'm definately planning to report them for messing about with my details.
