They rang me two times but didn’t bother to leave a voicemail.

Got a voicemail from something called “Amazon Enterprises” saying they couldn't reach me right now and that they’d try again later. It said if I wanted info, I should ring back. Sounds like a scam to me - probably trying to get personal info or send you to a pricey premium line. I’ve just blocked the number to be safe.
