Whenever I get a call from someone with an Indian accent starting with "Good afternoon, ma'am, how are you today?" it sends a shiver down my spine. Naturally, I responded with a blunt "Who’s calling, then?" to which I received a garbled response. It was clear as day-this was a con artist. I’m utterly fed up with these dodgy calls, so I told them to shove off and promptly ended the call. Not long after, my phone buzzed again, and this time the woman asked if I knew how to communicate properly. I just hung up once more and made sure to block that number.
