Our landline keeps buzzing but all we get is a engaged tone, really annoying.

At first, the caller claimed to be from the business and trade department. I questioned them about it, and then they switched to saying ISS. They mumbled something about who ISS was and then went on to say they do research for a government department... which was a total lie. Not a government call at all, definitely a scam. Told them to take my number off their list and stop ringing me. They also tried to get me to confirm my name, which I never did.
