020 3769 1310 called me about some car accident, but they just jumped straight in with no intro or explaining who they were.

Just got a call from 020 8046 8742 asking if I’d been in any car accidents before, I said no, obviously. But yesterday someone called my landline asking the exact same thing. Honestly, it’s making me a bit unsettled!

Got three calls from this number today, one early, one around noon and another later on. They weren’t robots either - I could make out people talking quietly in the background. Whenever I just whispered “Hello?”, the caller hung up straight away. Maybe it’s a premium rate line looking to get you to ring back?

These lot keep ringing me, there really should be rules against these scams. How on earth are they getting hold of our numbers? Really annoyed now, blocking them but like someone else said, they just keep switching up the numbers. I’ve had like six calls today alone.
