I received a phone call today (05/11/2022) from a company purporting to be 'CLAIMS MANAGEMENT PPI'. They claimed they had been attempting to reach me, saying they had sent me correspondence (which they definitely haven’t), and asserted that they'd supposedly secured a PPI claim in my name without my knowledge, with nearly £4,000 waiting to be handed over. They insisted they required my bank details to facilitate the payment. I firmly replied that I wouldn't divulge any banking information and requested they send me everything in writing instead. Of course, they promptly hung up-classic scammer behaviour!
