I just had a rather dodgy phone call that masqueraded as a life insurance pitch, but it’s clearly a ruse linked to credit card fraud. It seems like a group of criminals, allegedly trained in India, are behind this. They lure you in with enticing offers and then pressure you into making a so-called "minor payment" over the phone. That’s their cunning trick to swipe your card information! Be on high alert, folks!
