I looked up insurance quotes using CompareTheMarket and then got a call from a mobile, followed by a landline. The guy on the phone seemed nice enough (he spoke proper English) and was asking what kind of insurance I wanted, promising to help me choose. But I ended the call as soon as he started wanting personal stuff like my birthday, where I live and my email. Sounds like a scam to me.

Honestly, this has got to be the most infuriating call centre imaginable! I'm bombarded with calls morning, noon, and night that just won't cease. It's as if they're programmed to persistently ring my number. I've attempted to pick up and see who's behind it, only to be met with silence before the line cuts off. It's absolutely maddening! I thought simply ignoring them would persuade them to give me a break, but no such luck. This number has been hounding me for months on end now. What on earth do they want and who even are they?? It would be great if these nuisance callers could be banned outright. I'm perfectly capable of finding my own info regarding insurance, car accidents, PPI, and the like.
