So, I just got a ring from a bloke calling himself Terminator Reigns saying he's from Direct Solutions, talking about some kind of refund. I called 1471 to check the number and it came up as 01217940000. This is the fifth time they've called me today!

Direct Solutions has been ringing me about 5 to 8 times daily for the past few weeks :( Sometimes they just hang up, other times I tell them I’m not daft and to quit trying to scam me, then I hang up. They’ve got my name and address but the postcode’s wrong. They mentioned a refund letter on its way, but I just told them to shove it and that I'll wait for the letter in the post lol. Honestly, they’re really starting to annoy me now.
