Got a call on my phone earlier today. Didn’t pick up ‘cos I didn’t know the number. Checked my voicemail but there was nothing there. Oddly, the number on the voicemail message was nothing like the one that appeared on my screen. After reading some of these reviews, I’ve decided to block it.

Avoid these folks at all costs - they go by the name of Easylife. I've had my fair share of dealings with them, and while the products themselves were satisfactory, the aftersales experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They insisted on keeping my card details even after I explicitly told them not to, completely disregarding my wishes. Not long after that, I received an alarming call from my bank inquiring whether I'd made any transactions with a holiday agency based in the Czech Republic. Imagine my shock when I discovered a charge of £1,730 linked to Easylife! It seems they’re also keen on pushing motor warranties onto unsuspecting customers. They threatened to take payment if I didn’t respond within a fortnight, which felt quite coercive. After doing a bit of digging, I found the warranty terms to be rather dubious. So, whilst their merchandise may not be terrible, do keep your wits about you regarding their ulterior motives.

Easylife magazine associates. Just another one of those easylife fraudsters who bother the vulnerable after getting your phone number. It’s another pushy sales tactic trying to get your bank or card info by saying you can cancel whenever you want. Bit of a joke considering most people who buy from them are elderly or dealing with disabilities. Proper shameful behaviour.

I've been receiving calls from this number, along with several others of a similar nature, on my landline. They keep phoning but don’t seem to bother leaving a message. In my opinion, if they can’t be bothered to drop a voicemail, it raises a red flag-either it’s a dodgy scam or they're trying to peddle something. I’ve made it a rule not to answer calls from numbers I don’t recognise!

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent offering a £10 voucher 'cause apparently I bought something from Easy Life, but I had to answer some questions first. Since it took forever to actually receive my order from them, I just said no thanks.

Got a call from this number but didn’t pick up. I’ve now blocked it, cheers to the folks who shared their experiences here. Last summer I bought something from easylife and since then they’ve been calling me from loads of different numbers. Each time I check and then block the number because I never answer unknown calls. Got a phone call from a woman today on this number, claimed she was from pill time and offering some kind of medical prescription service. I told her I’d call back and she gave me 0345 2414321. It all seemed a bit dodgy. Didn’t know till later the details came from the easylife catalogue - this is the second time I’ve been called by people who’ve had my info from easylife. The other call actually tried to charge my card a load of money using that info, but my bank blocked it cause it looked suspicious. Really worrying if easylife is selling our details like this.

A very polite man called and asked for me by my name. Then he asked if I wanted to talk about my medication, if I was happy with it, and said they could give advice if I wasn’t. I told him I was fine with it or else I wouldn’t be taking it. He then said they could even deliver my medication free if I wanted. I told him I didn’t want to change anything. Who are these people anyway? I’m so tired of getting calls like this. I wasn’t bothered to find out more and just hung up.

this number has called me on my phone 4 times in the last few days. the first time they talked about easylife catalogue, which i did order from not long ago, and tried to sell me some kinda discount deal i said no to. the next two calls were about an nhs service for ongoing meds, which i also refused. ive blocked the number now cos they’ve been calling me every day for 4 days straight.

31/07/2017 at 15:47 a bloke rang, said his name was cameron and that he knew my name. he said he was from some online pharmacy. told him it was cold calling and i wasn’t interested, asked him to take my number off his list. i’m on the telephone preference service, so shouldn’t have got this call.
