It appears to me that Boost Energy is the culprit here. They ring, and as soon as you pick up, they disconnect without a word. Should you wish to return the call, pressing option 1 will supposedly get you off their calling list. The staff were courteous, but I suppose we'll see if they follow through on their promise.
