Got a call from someone pretending to be with BT, saying my IP address was at risk. They convinced me to download TeamViewer Quick Support and said I had to log into my bank, social media, and shopping accounts. While on the call, I could actually hear the first scammer talking to another victim in the background. Then a woman started controlling my phone through the app, and I could hear her stifling her laughter. I deleted the app straight away!
