1 yearDear Ben and Nick. You seem to dismiss the methods and predatory ways you and your company does business. That is the problem here not the fact you take urgently needed empty property back on the market. You have pestered a member of my family and even their neighbours by repeated visits to their home when they did not contact you nor ask for your help or services. This has become harassment plain and simple. You are saying that this is ethical and acceptable Ben and Nick? Would it be okay if i were to gain your personal information from a third party and repeatedly pester you and knock on your door multiple times? Because that is what one of your agents has been doing.Where do you get peoples private names and addresses from as there are protection in law in place to stop this. Maybe you would like to put your name and address on here so all the people you have pestered could contact and repeatedly pester you. People that did not contact you or want your services should not be pestered by yourselves and your company should have the decency and respect not to do this especially when they are going through a difficult time after death or grief. It is a shame as you quote your company is hindered by negative reviews but maybe if you did not pester people that did not ask for your services at a time of great difficulty without their consent this would not occur. Awful predatory company.BenNick3 yearsGot a missed call but they never rang me back.3 yearsNo issues, was Ben ringing me about a property that wasn’t part of my late uncle’s estate but really should’ve been? Proper good of him. That cash was supposed to be with the family ages ago.Ben3 yearsI've had such a great experience with Hyjan Investments, from the first time I got in touch right through to the legal stuff, clearing out the house, the exchange and final payment. Seriously, I'd tell anyone to go with them. Top notch all the way!Hyjan Investments4 yearsLike someone else said, I got a call from a cold caller claiming to be from Hygen Investment. They’d apparently found a probate property listed in the gazette, but it had nothing to do with me at all.Hygen Investments4 yearsGot a call from Hyjan Investments Ltd. after they saw a probate announcement in the London Gazette. From what I’ve found online, they seem to be a firm that purchases empty or rundown homes all over England. The call came out of the blue and was completely unsolicited.Hyjan Investments Ltd.EnglandLondon GazetteSubmit Your Own Report (020 3637 5111)
