I got a call out of the blue and when I questioned them, they just hung up on me. Definitely seemed dodgy!

Somebody rang saying they're with Call Blocking Service and asked for my DOB. I said no way and then they just ended the call.

This number keeps ringing me loads of times, and each time there’s a recorded voice saying it’s HMRC. They tell me to press 1 to continue or else they’ll send a warrant for my arrest. I’ve never actually pressed 1, and so far, no cops knocking on my door!

Got a call from someone called Roy claiming I could get an upgrade on my o2 plan with unlimited calls and data. He said I’d save £10 a month but something about the call felt off straight away. I asked loads of questions to get more details for this site, but the guy was really dodgy, couldn't even confirm who I was or what my current plan costs. Pretty sure it was a total scam.

They tried to trick me into giving my credit card info saying it was for blocking calls.

Got a call from someone saying they were O2, telling me my contract ended. Thing was, they didn’t even know my name or any info O2 should have. When I asked them about it, they just hung up. Pretty clear it was a scam. Blocked them straight away.

I got a call from someone saying they were with O2 and they even knew my name. They told me my contract had expired and I needed to renew it. I told them I was pretty sure my contract was still fresh and didn’t need renewing. After that, they just went quiet and hung up on me.
