They ring repeatedly but always hang up when you pick up. If you manage to get through to someone, they’re quite rude. I just avoid answering any 0203 numbers now, and watch out as they sometimes finish with 316 or 273 too. Since it’s my work phone, they tend to call at really bad times. I’ve blacklisted them, which hopefully stops most of it, because asking to be taken off their list doesn’t do any good - they just ring from a different number instead.

Got so fed up I decided to ring them back, turns out it’s one of those automated messages. They tell you to press 1 if you wanna complain. I did, then ended up chatting with a really chill American guy. I told him to take my number off their list. He said it might take about a day to process. Someone phoned asking for Mr Chambers - Ive had a few calls for that name before, looks like he used to have this landline. When I said there’s no one here by that name, she said ‘It’ll just take a minute to ask you a few quick questions’.
