They actually knew bits of my email and asked me to confirm my full address to “verify” my identity. Then, out of nowhere, they sent me a text with a code for resetting my Microsoft account password. That’s when I just ended the call. They were really pushy about it.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent claiming she was from the 02 promotions team. When I asked her about the weather in India, she just hung up on me. Bit strange if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be with O2, saying there was a problem with my SIM. I asked her why I should trust her, and she challenged me to explain my doubts. After I did, she warned she’d block my SIM. I told her to go ahead if she was legit. Honestly, if you’re not in the mood to waste their time, just end the call quickly. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call from someone saying they were O2, asking if I was happy with my internet and signal. I said everything was alright. They didn’t even know my name, just kept saying they were O2. I told them I was busy and just hung up. Pretty sure it wasn’t really O2 calling.
