02079461963 - got a call about some accident story, seemed fishy so i asked where they were based. they said 27 gloucester rd london, so i looked it up on google. i asked the guy, who had an indian accent, what his company was called - he said mitchel something. i told him i couldnt find anything about it online and then he just hung up. figured i wasted their time like they tried to waste mine.

UPDATE: After I lodged a complaint with the ICO and kept calling them about 200 times yesterday, they’ve started closing their lines. One number, 01138300948, now has a recorded message saying "this number has been shut down because of nuisance calls, and anyone who shared bank or card details should contact their bank right away." If anyone comes across another new number from them, please share it here - I’ve been enjoying giving them a hard time!!

Nikita Mcfarlane isn’t an actual person, it’s just automated messages mixed with some basic AI, and when you say anything it doesn’t get, you get “I’ll connect you with my manager.” Then a dodgy bloke with an accent comes on, but he’s pretty clueless. He began dealing with my claim about an asteroid smashing my car, and when he asked about injuries, I told him I’d lost 3 legs. He even asked how it was possible to lose 3 legs - proper numpty.

I got a call from 0113 830 0947 and you won’t believe who it was! Yep, a Nikita McFarlane from Action Claims Bureau. She started asking about my car accident, and I told her, “You seem to know more about it than I ever shared, where did you hear about it?” She just said, “It’s from the Road Traffic Accident Data.” I told her she was talking nonsense and told her not to call again. I’ve now blocked that number, and thanks to everyone sharing on here, I’ve also blocked all the other numbers mentioned.

Someone named Nikita Macfarlane rang me asking if I’d been involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault. The call came from 0151 253 0929, which is a Liverpool area code. I questioned why she was interested and she said she’d pass me onto her supervisor. The “supervisor” (didn’t give a name) then claimed to be from a UK government body wanting to ‘close my file’. When I asked the name of the organisation, he said Action Claims Bureau. I then asked why they cared, and he just ended the call.

Got a call from 0330 010 4288 claiming "we're checking up on your recent accident". There was no accident at all. My other half grabbed the phone, did a silly accent and said "oh yeah, I had an accident, how come you know?" They just hung up. What muppets.

Got a call from this number way too early on a Saturday morning and it disturbed my sleep. I missed it initially, so I phoned back later only to get an automated recording from some ‘Action Claims Bureau’ or something like that. It talked about accidents and making claims, which is pointless since I’ve never been in any accident to claim for. Honestly, it’s just so irritating they’d ring at such an ungodly hour on the weekend. Wouldn’t want to hear from them any time, but that early? Totally unacceptable.

BIG WARNING... KEEP CLEAR! They claimed to have all my info in their system. Sure, but then they asked for my car registration to "verify" it in their database. Like many others here, I got a call from Nikita McFarlane saying she was ringing about a car accident I supposedly had in the past two years that wasn't my fault, according to some UK National Survey. Got a call from someone named Mikita who said she was with action claims bureau. She kept saying they had details about me injuring my foot at work a couple weeks back. The whole thing seemed fishy to me, especially as I’ve never been in any accident. Got a call from someone saying they were from Action Claims Bureau, number 0330 010 1211. They asked about an accident I supposedly had and wanted to check it wasn’t my fault. I asked if they were calling from my insurer, and after a brief pause, they said yes. Then when I asked which insurance company I was with, they just said Action Claims Bureau again! I told them to stop messing about and that I wasn’t interested. They apologised for bothering me and said they’d remove me from their list.

Got a call from someone named Mikita McFarlane and she just hung up on me halfway through! Hilarious really. They were saying something about my car being in an accident but I don’t even own a car! When I asked for specifics like which insurance company or when it supposedly happened, they said it was "Data Protection" rules and got really weird when I explained I’m requesting my own info which should be allowed under the DPA!

some sort of accident firm rang me claiming i was part of a crash, total rubbish never been in any accident. dunno where they found my number from. defo adding them to my block list.

I saw the number here after I missed the call and decided to ring them back to have a bit of fun. But when I called, it just went straight to a recorded message saying the line was faulty and to contact 118 820. What a load of rubbish!

Just got a call from 02035191534 saying I’d been in some accident recently (which isn’t the case) and asked if my address matched, I tried to ask which address but then the call dropped. Would be great if there was a way to flag this number as nuisance!

Got a call from some accident claims place, they were talking rubbish about a crash that never even happened! Glad I blocked them with Avast security.

Got a call from some lot called Action Claims Bureau, saying they’re linked with a Government department tied to RTA’s. They asked if I’d been in any car crash in the past three years. The number they rang from was 020 3519 1534, looks like it’s from London. Very fishy if you ask me.

Today around 2.56pm, the phone was quiet at the start, then a woman with an Asian accent said she was ringing about a car accident claim of mine. I told her she must have dialled the wrong number. She just said ‘ok’ and that was that, so I hung up.

Got a call from this number today. Looked it up and turns out it’s just another one of those I have to file reports about all the time. Seriously, how come the authorities can’t seem to do anything about these? It’s getting ridiculous.

I received a robocall claiming to be from Action Credit Bureau. I ended the call right away. I’ve also blocked their number now. My advice would be to steer clear of these folks altogether; trying to have them remove you from their lists is futile-they just won’t do it. They’re quite bothersome, so it’s best to nip it in the bud and block them as soon as they make contact.

Those car accident claim people are the worst, I totally agree with what others have said. Just keep chatting with them, waste their time and cash if you’re bored. They’re the ones footing the bill for the call anyway. It’s quite funny to confuse them until they catch on and hang up. After that, just block the number on your phone, job done.

Got a call earlier today from a robot voice saying, ‘Good morning, I heard you were in a car crash, is that true?’ I said yes, then it switched to a real person asking when it happened. I said yesterday and he just said ‘good’. I told him I’m actually in hospital at the moment. Next thing, he passed me onto another person who asked ‘hello, how are you?’ I said ‘I’m stuck in hospital with a full body cast.’ Then I heard the guy say ‘she’s having a laugh’ before hanging up :D :D Ruined my Saturday for sure!

I got a call from someone claiming they heard I’d been in a crash. When I told them it wasn’t true, they said something like, “Well, it’s good you’re okay, but I was told you had a car accident.” I told them I don’t even drive! The voice sounded really robotic. Ended up reporting the number to the TPS.

I highly advise against picking up calls from 0203 numbers. Just this morning at eleven, I had to decline a call from one of those. They were persistent and rang me back immediately. In total, I received five calls which I turned away before they finally gave up. I decided to do a bit of digging and now I'm going to add the number to my blocked list. I’m absolutely fed up with all these nuisance calls regarding fictitious accidents, PPI claims, and the like!
