What a nuisance these callers are! They concoct all sorts of nonsense, claiming that my wife expressed some interest in their company. When I informed them that she is unwell and battles with M.E., the response was simply, "Thank you very much," before they abruptly cut the line. Honestly, it’s high time these sorts of callers had their phone numbers disconnected for good!

I received a call from this number today, and I've got a little tip for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. When an unfamiliar number pops up on your phone, try adopting a random accent-any one will do! Just ask the caller if they deal in animal feed, explaining that your dad is busy out ploughing the fields. Then throw in, "Shall I go and fetch him for you?" They’ll often say they’ll call back later, and that’s when you can feign desperation by saying, “Oh, no, please don’t hang up! I hardly ever use the phone!” At that point, you can almost hear the sound of the wind as they hastily end the call. It never fails to amuse me!

They seem to be fishing for information or simply drop messages that don’t make any sense. Sometimes they just sit in silence or hang up, which is incredibly frustrating.

I received a call from a supposed firm named Chahaoba claiming to be based in Derby, which I found a bit odd since the area code is from London. They mentioned that I had completed some forms and sent them over, but that’s just nonsense. After ringing them back, they rambled on about recovering PPI. Honestly, what are the authorities doing to crack down on these scams? It’s utterly ridiculous!

I had a rather unpleasant experience with a caller who was extremely brash and ungracious. As soon as I expressed my disinterest, they practically yelled, “You don’t want to make some money?” Honestly, it was quite off-putting. I chose not to engage further; I simply said goodbye and hung up.
