This number has called me more than 70 times within the past couple of weeks. I was told to pick up so Consumer Complaints could handle it, even though I’d already put it on my block list about a month ago. When I finally answered, it was someone from One Stop Loan Shop. I blocked it again, but the very next day I got 10 more calls. It hasn’t stopped, I’ve already had four calls just this morning.

If you're fed up with all these annoying calls, sign up your mobile and landline for the free "Telephone Preference Service." It really helps block those pestering companies! Also, don’t bother texting back ‘stop’ - it sometimes costs you and usually does nothing because it’s all automated anyway. Just ditch the messages straight away without opening them. These folks claim to be loan brokers, but they don't actually lend any money. They'll say you qualify for a loan, then demand a £20 fee upfront. You pay the fee, but you never get anything in return. It's a complete con. Plus, their phone number is premium rate, so calling them’ll cost you extra - best to avoid it. I looked into them a bit and found out some people got ripped off for as much as £200. I’ve been bombarding them with angry texts just to annoy them. If more people did the same, it could really swamp their call centre.

These chaps are operating as a loan intermediary, and it's all a bit dodgy, to say the least. They dangle a loan offer in front of you, something like a grand, but then demand a processing fee of at least £20 before you can even get a sniff of the cash. Spoiler alert: you’re never going to see that money! Best to block these muppets or perhaps entertain yourself with their antics. They call incessantly, something like ten times daily, and often hang up before you can say hello. I've spent a good ten minutes on the line with them, only to have them cut off just as I'm about to share my card details. To add a bit of spice to the situation, I’ve sent over a hundred rather colourful messages their way to wind them up. What a right load of nonsense!

What’s going on with these calls is down to the system they use. They blast out 20 numbers at once, but only the first person to pick up actually hears anything - the other 19 just get dead air. Companies like Sky, BT, Virgin could easily put a stop to it, but then they’d lose the cash they make from letting scammers use their networks. No surprise BT reckon we all need to splash out £60 on a ‘special’ phone - they’d profit big time from the millions annoyed by this. They’ve been calling as much as fifteen times daily! I’ve implored them on multiple occasions to cease incessantly ringing, as I’m quite worried about the wellbeing of a vulnerable person residing in my home.

This number keeps ringing me up, always saying I've requested a loan, which I definitely haven’t. When I tell them they’re mistaken, they get really rude and sometimes even swear at me. I've blocked the number on my phone, but they just keep phoning from different ones. It’s so frustrating and annoying! For weeks, I've been getting nonstop calls from this place. Eventually, I gave in and had a chat with them today. They promised me a loan with no upfront fees, guaranteed. But since then, they’ve taken £20 straight from my bank without my permission and haven’t sent any credit agreement or processed the loan like they said. I’ve tried ringing them back a bunch of times, but every time I start asking questions, they just hang up on me. They’ve taken money I never agreed to pay and now won’t talk to me at all. Blimey, this number has been ringing me incessantly - up to twenty times a day while I’m trying to get on with my job! I can see it flashing on my caller ID. I did manage to chat with someone once, and they just mumbled something about not calling again. Yet here we are, still getting hounded! I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so these calls shouldn't even be happening. It’s utterly maddening! Is there any way to report these pests?

These idiots ring nonstop each day even though my husband has told them off loads of times. Don’t believe for a second they’ll actually remove your details from their list. Of course, they sound Asian but pretend to be English - the bloke calling today was called Jordan Smith! Seriously, never take out any loans over the phone since you have no clue who’s actually on the end of the line. They claimed to be from Meteor Lending in Manchester, using a London phone number, naturally. We're even signed up with the TPS so it's even more frustrating! I’ve just spent ages reading all the feedback on this phone number and honestly, I’m panicking after realising I’ve been completely duped. I was desperate to get a payday loan - I know it’s not the smartest move, but I had no other options with my situation right now. I looked at a few different places but stupidly didn’t jot down any specifics like numbers or company names. Anyway, I ended up accepting a loan from them today. They mentioned an admin fee of £30 upfront, and silly me, I gave them my bank details and agreed to have that fee taken out immediately. Now I’m seriously worried about how naive I was, especially since I’m a single mum with two little kids, 6 and 2, and we’re really struggling financially. I handed over all my personal info and the £30 - money I had to borrow elsewhere - on the promise the loan would be in my account by the end of the day. But I haven’t received the email to sign online to get the loan released, and I’m checking my inbox non-stop, feeling like a right idiot. This number keeps ringing me, says it's from One Stop Loan Shop but I've never taken a loan from them! When I try to answer, they just cut off. I called them back and it sounded like I was being sent to a customer service agent but the call just dropped every time. I've been getting calls from this number around 5 or 6 times every day. Normally, I don't pick up, but after about 10 seconds of silence it just hangs up. Picked up and it was a firm named One Stop Loans enquiring if I wanted a loan. I said I’ve never even considered it and wasn’t interested at all. Beware of a dubious outfit going by the name of Extra Edge Solutions. Their sole aim seems to be to fleece you out of your hard-earned cash, all in the guise of arranging a fictitious loan. It's a proper con, so best to steer clear!

Haha, so I ended up calling back Rajit Patel and his crew from Extra Edge Solutions, or whatever name they fancy using. Took me a while but I finally got someone on the line. I had a right laugh messing about with them, you know, when you're that bored you just gotta have some fun. Mad what you get up to when there’s nothing better to do, lol!

I get loads of calls like this, mostly from people with Indian accents. Every time I tell them I’m not interested, they just hang up and then ring me back again later. I’ve told them NO so many times now, I’m honestly fed up. I’ve blocked a few of the numbers but they just start calling my mobile instead.
