I received a call from a chap claiming to be with Windows support, insisting that my computer was in distress and that I should let him guide me through a fix. Honestly, he must think I’m a complete mug! I simply replied with a firm 'No' and ended the call. To my surprise, he rang back, curious as to why I declined his 'assistance' (he was rather tenacious). I told him to 'Go away' before hanging up again. He tried once more, but I chose to ignore him, and thankfully, he eventually got the hint and ceased calling. Let me be clear, THIS IS A SCAM! Should you encounter any issues, it's best to reach out to the legitimate company directly.

I keep getting calls from someone claiming to be associated with a Windows service centre or something of the sort. After I hung up, they just kept calling back - twice in a row! It’s quite annoying, to be honest.
