I have already made complaints about them to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and have also enrolled myself with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), although it could take up to 28 days for them to take effect. This constant persistence is a form of harassment, and if nothing else works, I am prepared to involve the authorities. This number keeps ringing my mobile, constantly asking for someone called Sophie Bembridge. I keep saying it's the wrong number and warn them I'll report them for harassment, but they just don’t stop. I’ve counted about 13 calls this month alone. Thankfully, their number shows up on my screen, so I can block or ignore them straight away, but it’s seriously irritating.
