This is the fourth time this week I've had a recorded message telling me my National Insurance is locked and I have to press 1 to talk to my case worker. What gave it away straight away was them saying "Law Enforcement Agency" - that’s a very American phrase, we don’t say that here in the UK. If people abroad wanna scam us, at least get your lingo right! Don’t press any buttons, or you might end up with some massive phone bill!
