This Legal and General life insurance call was a total scam. I’ve never taken a policy from them. I just kept telling them no over and over. Got this annoying call from someone saying they were from "I love my offers". They told me I'd done surveys to get my info or something like that. I called them back asking to take my number off their list, but just a few hours later they called me again. I was so fed up by then!

Got a ring from some Asian bloke. I asked straight if he was into religion, which he said he was. Then I hit him with, “Would your god be cool with you making dosh by conning folks?” Also threw in, “Where d’you reckon you’re off to in the afterlife then?” He didn’t take it well and just cut me off... wonder if it rattled him that much. This popped up on my phone as +20 3 457 4184, which confused me since I’m based in London and this isn’t a local number. Turns out it’s actually from Egypt - using 0020 as the code, but they’re trying to make it look like a London number. The person on the line claimed it wasn’t a sales call and started asking something, but I cut them off pretty quick cause I wasn’t interested. Total time waster if you ask me.
