Greetings Bhaven! Interestingly enough, we encountered the same situation just a few weeks ago. Those individuals asked us to obtain a Ukash voucher, which we did. Afterward, we were able to receive our refund through a cheque. However, we decided to use the Ukash voucher online instead, treating ourselves to a few items.

I've come across a multitude of reports regarding various phone numbers on this site. It's as if these scammers are constantly switching their numbers once they sense that they've been discovered. It’s hard to believe that anyone, let alone the government, would simply hand out money over the phone without some sort of hassle! These operations, often rooted in India, seem to be using cloned UK numbers to pull off their schemes. The whole Ukash voucher thing makes it even dodgier; once you send off your cash, it’s as good as vanished, and any hope of tracing them is gone.
