This number belongs to a company linked with online GP consultations. Honestly, it’s a rubbish system because you can’t make complaints about these services directly to the NHS. I’ll say it here - I missed a vital call because of how this works. If it was my GP calling, I’d have definitely picked up since it wouldn’t seem like some spam. Your setup is just terrible. With all the spam calls using London numbers these days, it’s really not safe for the NHS to go with something like this.
