Got a call from this number, sounded like spam. We tried returning it but the phone said number not recognised, no connection at all. Anyone else get this? What's the deal with these calls?

We've been getting calls from this number pretty much every few days, but when we pick up, there's nothing but silence. If we don’t pick it up, the phone just rings off and then goes to voicemail, but there's never any message. Quite frustrating really.
