I received a rather dodgy phone call from a woman who had a noticeable Indian accent and seemed to be in a bustling, noisy location. She claimed to represent O2 and was keen to provide me with a 20% discount on my bills. Oddly enough, she mentioned their office was located in London, specifically in the SL1 4BX postcode. When I pressed her for additional information, she suggested transferring me to a "more senior" individual. At that point, I decided it was best to end the call.
