Strangely, she kept reiterating that she didn't require any of my personal information, only those codes from the text, and she wanted to remain on the line as she waited for the message to arrive. Feeling uneasy, I decided it was best to hang up the phone.

Beware of these con artists! They reckon they're from O2 and have been bombarding me with a couple of texts. The second one prompts you for a code, despite the fact it explicitly states to keep that code under wraps! The initial message warns that if anyone calls asking for a code, it's a scam and they are not affiliated with O2. They seem hell-bent on pilfering personal information to set up bogus accounts and the like. This has happened to me twice in just three days!
