I had a call from this number, and a woman claimed she was representing Virgin Media. Her accent was quite thick and distinctly Indian, making it rather challenging to follow what she was saying. I suggested she send me an email instead. This was on a Wednesday. Then, on Thursday, the phone rang again. This time, the lady on the other end had an accent that was even stronger, to the point that I couldn’t make heads or tails of what she was saying, only that it had something to do with my broadband. Before I knew it, she hung up without any warning. Not long after that, my phone rang once more, and as soon as I answered, the line was cut. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Got a call from 0203 409 1341. Like others mentioned, it was a woman with a strong Indian accent saying she’s from Virgin, telling me "Your internet isn’t working right." I told her a couple of times that my internet’s fine. Then she just ended the call. Tried ringing back, but the number wouldn’t connect. Definitely a SCAM!

Got a call from a Jennifer, sounded like she had an Asian accent, claiming to be from Virgin Media. She asked if I was the main account holder. I told her yes, even though it’s actually in my husband’s name - Virgin only deals with him, not me! She then went on about possible malware and dodgy activity that can slow the broadband down at certain times. Tried to get me to describe the router lights. I was just trying to waste her time but had stuff to sort out. Told her I didn’t trust she was from Virgin and ended the call.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from Virgin tech support. I acted like I wasn’t with Virgin and told her she was trying to scam me. She just ended the call. This was the second time today, though I missed the first at 8.06am. That earlier call came from 01208 637013, and I also looked that number up.

I had an encounter with a rather chatty Asian woman who spoke at an incredible speed, making it quite difficult for me to comprehend what she was saying. Eventually, I managed to discern that she was supposedly from the tech support team at Virgin Media, claiming that I had issues with my internet connection. However, this was far from the truth. I firmly told her to stop talking and actually hear me out. I suggested she access my router and sort out the alleged issue if they genuinely knew what they were on about. Not surprisingly, she hung up after that. Quite clearly, this was a scam attempt!

Got a call from an Asian woman claiming she was with Virgin Media - she sounded all over the place and really dodgy, nothing she said made any sense. I told her to find an actual job rather than trying to scam folks. Ended up blocking the number using BT call guard.

The number 02034091341 calls me almost every day, but not on weekends, usually between 10.30 and 11.45 in the morning. The person never speaks, only uses sign language, so I can't understand a word. Maybe they reckon I can read minds, but I definitely can't! If I could, I'd track them down and give 'em a right shock! It's really frustrating.

Dodgy characters trying to coax you into accessing your computer for them, so I’ve had to cut them off. I've received multiple calls from this number on my home phone, but today was the first occasion someone actually replied.
