Undoubtedly a dodgy call! I received a ring from a woman with an accent that sounded quite foreign, claiming to be "Monica from EE" and trying to entice me with a supposed opportunity to upgrade my phone early. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Got a call from a scammer, sorted them out by blocking the number.

I rang them and they just hung up on me. When I called again, someone picked up but didn’t say anything. I ended the call straight away because I wasn’t sure if it would cost me money. After that, I blocked the number.

I saw the caller ID showed "possible spam", so I just let it ring out and didn’t pick up. After that, I decided to block the number straight away.

Answered the phone and the call just got cut off straight away. There was no one there, no noise or anything in the background. Feels like they might’ve just flagged my number as active for some spam or something. Either way, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now, so it’ll be on my reject list for good.
