Dont pick up the calls, they send the wrong phone and when u call them back its all lies, tellin you to send it back but then they dont send the right one or give you a refund, its a total scam and a rip off.

Got a call from this number but didn’t pick up. An Indian lady left a voicemail but I couldn’t really understand what she was saying. Ended up deleting the message and blocking the number.

DON'T PICK UP! I got a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent saying she was calling from Carphone Warehouse. It sounded dodgy to me, so I just humoured her. She offered an iPhone 11 Pro for £45 a month and sent me an email with the details. The email was full of spelling errors and looked really suspicious. Plus, the email address was something like “[email protected][###]” which is obviously fake if you check it properly. Just don’t bother replying to this call - it’s a scam.

got a call a few mins ago, let it ring for bit but then i picked up. held it for like 4 seconds but no one spoke and then it just ended. it showed up as from London (England) on my screen.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be Carphone Warehouse, saying my details were passed on by EE but they had no clue about my handset or SIM. When I asked them to remove my number from their records, they flat out refused. I mentioned that’s against GDPR and both the guy and the company could be in trouble, and he just told me to "F### Off" three times before hanging up. Tried ringing back and there was “no manager available,” told me to file a complaint on Carphone Warehouse’s website. This screams SCAM to me - avoid answering or trusting this number!

Totally a rip off, honestly. They ring you up asking if you want to upgrade, and if you say yes, they drag you along the whole spiel and then hit you with a £60 deposit. They even send a fake confirmation email to make it look real. But the next day? They block your number. Do yourself a favour and mess about with those scammers to get back at them.

Wasn’t expecting the call so I didn’t have my earphones with me. My phone’s speaker is rubbish, and this lady with a thick Indian accent said she was from a warehouse or something, then asked me about my rent.
