Got a couple of texts from some foreign lady claiming I had a discount offer from O2. She told me to read the messages back, so I did but threw in some nonsense numbers too. The message said this number’s been flagged as suspicious. Then she kept saying “sir sir sir” and said she’d put me through to a supervisor. Gave the phone to some bloke, kept it going for 24 minutes and ended with that line from Anne Robinson, “You are the weakest link, goodbye.” But truth is, I’m not even with O2.
