Every Tuesday and Friday I get texts about the Euro lottery from Lottosocial, but they keep using different numbers each time and give a different opt-out number with every message. So, I received a lottery message from these people, sent to a private multinational firm’s number that’s never given out to anyone else. Naturally, I called them back, and they said not to ring again because it’s a text-only service 🤨. I asked why they even answered then, and their reply? Brace yourself... they said it was harassment and to stop calling immediately!!! Honestly, you can’t help but laugh at this, can you? Proper ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣

I got a text from this number telling me to reply STOP if I hadn’t signed up, which I never did or gave permission for. From what I’ve read here, sending STOP doesn’t seem to work, and they’ll just keep charging your bank anyway. Just today I got a call from a so-called 'lifestyle' marketing firm, and during their 'survey' they asked if I wanted a free ticket to the Euro Lotto. I said no, I never enter any lottery, but obviously they've still used my details for this scam. Definitely feels like a dodgy fraud company to me.

Got a text from this number earlier, it said I needed to pay £1 to get into the Euromillions draw tonight. I replied with 'stop' and then they messaged me back saying I could sign up again if I wanted. I don't even bother with the Euromillions, so no clue how they got hold of my phone number in the first place.
