I got a call from 02030954982 today, not the same as the one I blocked last Saturday. The message was identical though, saying HMRC was on their way to arrest me or whoever picked up the phone. Proper stressful!

Got a call saying HMRC's issued a warrant for my arrest over unpaid tax, then told me to press 1 right away. It was a recorded voice, but I just cut the call off straight away. This scam’s been going on for ages, I’ve gotten the same message before. Proper unsettling and dodgy stuff.

Got a call pretending to be from HMRC saying there's an arrest warrant out for me and I needed to ring the caseworker straight away. Complete scam, do not bother returning the call, it’s nothing to do with the real HMRC.

I reckon I might get arrested soon! At least they were kind enough to ring me and give me a heads up. Time to plan my great getaway then.

Just like loads of others have said, got a robo call saying its from hmrc about some arrest warrant. I just hung up straight away and didn’t bother with it.

Today I got a couple of voicemails from a number I didn’t recognise, saying they were from HMRC and that there’s an arrest warrant out for me over unpaid taxes. The number looked dodgy so I just ignored the calls.

Got a new idea about this - maybe the dialler targets folks from a specific background, then when you press one, the person answering actually chats in your language. Sounds like it’s coming from abroad, possibly a place that’s just started using call centre tech. You know who you are, and it’s probably full of dodgy dealings over there too.

Got a call saying there was a warrant for my arrest from HMRC, then they told me to press 1 to speak to a caseworker. Complete scam, obviously.

Honestly, I'm quite shaken up by it. Today alone, I’ve received two calls, and it left me feeling a bit uneasy and quite upset. Can’t believe they had the nerve to do that.

Got another automated call from 'HMRC' today, saying there's a warrant for my arrest and to press 1 to speak to a case worker. Hard to believe the tax year’s nearly over with all this nonsense!

I got a call from one of those ‘scheduled auto diallers’, basically the person behind it picks the days and times to ring people - usually when folks are around, like mornings or evenings. I managed to track it back to Exa Networks, which I think is the company running the auto dialler somewhere safe. It must be calling another exchange to hide the real number and maybe lets you press 1 to connect elsewhere. It’s not very clever or fancy, though. Really curious who they’re actually calling. How on earth do they profit from this kind of setup??

Got a couple of calls today from these scammers, really annoying.

Got a call from 02033895580, said it was about my sky premier subscription - which I don’t even have. Told the woman where to stick it. Then I got another call from someone pretending to be HMRC threatening me with arrest, so I told them to shove off quick sharp. They left a voicemail early this morning, so I’m just gonna block the number now.

Total scam. Got a robot message telling me to press 1 to chat with my case officer, but the message didn’t even say who it was for. Could be really upsetting for some people. This same number’s tried ringing me a few times today, but I haven’t been able to answer.

I’m really curious to trace this right back to the exact dialler it’s coming from, what’s the point? Seriously, who pays to put something like this together?

Its really worrying to get an automated call sayin there’s a warrant out for your arrest from hmrc. might scare loads of people and cause a right panic. why would they even do that?

The call came from this number and it was all automated, no specific person mentioned. Whoever picks up gets told there's supposedly an arrest warrant out for them. We just ignored it, but I guess for some people it might cause a fair bit of panic.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC, telling me I’d be arrested for unpaid taxes if I didn’t answer. They wanted me to press 1 on my phone to receive some kind of incident number. It’s really worrying, especially for older people who might get scared by this kind of thing.
