Attempted to send back a faulty product, but all I got was an endless ringing tone. Just a heads-up about IVYROSE CLOTHING - they’re based in China and they really don’t do returns or refunds, regardless of their claims.

I've found this number on a parcel that I'm urgently trying to send back to Rotita. After doing a bit of online sleuthing, they seem rather dubious, to say the least. Of course, when I attempt to ring the number, there's absolutely no response-it just cuts off after around twenty rings. Quite frustrating, really!
