He insisted that I qualified for this initiative and that I oughtn’t to let the opportunity slip away. Out of curiosity, I did a bit of digging, only to find that there’s no trace of such a programme backed by the government. It all seems rather dodgy, and I’m starting to think it’s nothing more than a scam.
