It's really frustrating how they keep switching the last couple of digits. You'd think having that many numbers would raise flags with the phone companies. I've ended up blocking all calls from the 0203 area code, fingers crossed it works because I'm running out of patience. Got a couple of calls from the same guy today, but he used different names each time. One of the numbers was 02033369100. He was from some loft insulation company, asking about my age and what kind of insulation we have. When I asked where he got my number since we’re unlisted, he just kept on talking and didn’t answer me. Then he just hung up. Proper strange and annoying.

We don’t list our number and we’re signed up to the TPS, so when I told him we don’t entertain unsolicited calls, he just dropped the line. Tried ringing the number on the caller ID, which showed a London area code, but all I got was an automated message saying the service can’t be reached. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

Strangely enough, this caller didn’t try to push medical ID bracelets like the last one. Instead, he claimed to be the Energy Advisor for my neighbourhood and said my home was the only one left who hadn’t agreed to a free loft insulation survey. I didn’t just say yes straight away but started asking about the insulation details, which seemed to catch him off guard. I also heard him chatting with someone else nearby. Judging by how unprofessional he sounded, and seeing some earlier comments about this number, I’m pretty sure this is another dodgy call trying to scam people.
