We've just received a call from this number.

This number has been sending me texts for a while now, and recently I got one claiming they'd taken £10 from my phone credit. When I contacted my network provider, they were no help, just saying it’s something to do with a third party. I also tried emailing the company behind the messages but the email just bounced back. Honestly, this feels like outright stealing and I'm surprised there’s no law against this sort of thing.
