I've had this happen to me four times already, and each time they want me to ring a landline and a mobile number they gave. When I tried the mobile, no luck getting through! It really got me stressed out, even though I’m pretty sure I don’t owe them a penny. Still, it messes with your head! It’s awful and quite scary how people can pull this off - honestly, something has got to change!

Yep, I’ve come across this before. Normally I just let these calls go straight to voicemail. If it was something important, they’d give proper details and probably send a proper letter. I agree with others here, these kinds of calls really need to be banned.

I've been getting calls from these numbers: 02033222768, 02033224383, and 07537182372. An American lady keeps telling me there’s a lawsuit against me and to ring my case officer using those phones. I found 4 messages on my voicemail from her on 22/6, 28/6, 13/7, and 17/7. No letters or anything in the post about “my lawsuit” so it’s obviously just a scam trying to pull a fast one.
