In line with what Laney mentioned, it appears that this number has been reassigned to a different outfit, seemingly around a year following the closure of the previous business. I received a call from this number purporting to be "The Finance Company". I disconnected the call, and they persisted by calling me again, which I chose to bypass. On their third attempt, I decided to pick up, but the caller became rather irate. I calmly requested that they erase my number from their records. I’ve blocked them now, so that should be the end of it! - caller: Female.

I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a firm claiming to multiply my funds exponentially. Can you believe it? When I requested to be taken off their call list, they became quite impolite and abruptly ended the conversation! They've now been added to my blocked numbers.
