Received a call from someone who identified himself as Jason. His accent was quite heavy, and he spoke in a rather muffled manner, almost as if he were in a tunnel. He claimed to represent Microsoft and was asking for access to my computer. Strangely enough, he had my last name. After struggling to understand him and having to ask him to repeat himself multiple times, I decided it was best to end the conversation. His phone manner was rather poor, to say the least.
