What a horrendous scam! They manage to lodge a blocking virus onto your machine and then demand £110 to get rid of it. If you find that you’re still plagued by the virus, try heading over to your settings and restoring to factory defaults. It might take a bit of time, but your computer will be restored to its former glory! It's high time these individuals faced justice for their blatant theft and intimidation tactics.

I recently encountered a rather alarming message pop up on my screen, claiming that my personal details were at risk due to some virus. It looked as if it came from the supposedly 'genuine' Microsoft Support team, which made it all the more unsettling. The warning stated that I had to reach out to them within a mere five minutes or risk having my computer locked. Naturally, I refrained from dialing the number they provided, and funnily enough, my computer remained perfectly functional. It's plainly obvious that these con artists were after illicit access to my device, hoping to pilfer confidential information.

This firm is nothing short of a bunch of con artists. They attempted to deceive my folks into granting them control of their computer under the guise of "rectifying an issue." Their aim was clearly to swipe their credit card and email information. If you simply dismiss their message and launch a new browser tab, you'll avoid this hassle completely. Always ensure you've got reliable antivirus software at the ready; it’ll keep you safe from their clutches. When I rang the number, they abruptly ended the call when I pressed them for their credentials. I tried again to understand their behaviour, and they became quite hostile. So, do yourself a favour: hang up and run your antivirus check instead.

I’ve just had a similar experience! I rang them up to inquire about their location, and it turns out they’re based in India. I firmly declined to give them any access and simply ended the call. Nothing further occurred after that. Total scam!

Best not to call this number. A message popped up on my screen urging me to ring them urgently. Just feels a bit off, doesn’t it?

I received a call from 02032909235, which purported to be from Microsoft Support. It popped up on my computer, clearly a result of some kind of malware, and I soon realised they were attempting to take control of my device. When I reached out to them, they insisted I grant them access to my PC. I cannot stress enough - steer clear of this! It’s nothing but a deceitful ploy aimed at breaching your system and plundering your data.
