12 September 2023 I got a call from someone claiming to be from National Westminster Bank, saying there were two suspicious money transfers from Amazon on my account. The guy, who sounded Indian, told me to ring 02032904359, saying it was the Nat West fraud team. I didn’t fall for it and went straight to my local branch to check. Turns out it was a total scam. If you’re unsure, call the number on the back of your debit card to reach the real fraud department. Honestly, the person making these calls is just a joke. Hopefully they get what's coming to them!
