Got a call supposedly from 02 saying I could get 40% off my '02 contract'. When I said I’m not with 02, the person asked who my provider was. I didn’t want to share any details so just ended the call. Pretty sure that was not really 02; they'd know their own customers for sure.

Got a call claiming to be from O2, said they were cutting my contract by 40% cause of last year's COVID stuff. They spoke with a strange accent and didn’t really explain anything properly, so I’m not even sure if it was really them.

Could this be 02? They were really pushy with their questions and I never shared any details. Had a strange accent too, sounded foreign.
